For most teams, plan for about 5–10 minutes per person, plus setup and breakdown time. A small team of 5–9 people typically fits comfortably into a 1–2 hour window, while larger teams may need a half day depending on your schedule and any group photos.

We bring a full studio-style lighting and backdrop setup directly to your office, tailored to your space. All packages include professional lighting, background, and a consistent look so every team member’s headshot matches your brand.

Every package includes on-location photography, individual guidance for each person, a private online proof gallery, and 1 professionally retouched image per person with standard web and marketing usage rights. You can add extra retouched images for any team member at $35 each.

We regularly photograph teams in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and across the Lehigh Valley. Travel within 40 miles of Pen Argyl is included; locations beyond that may incur a travel fee, but are absolutely doable—just mention your location when you inquire.

Use your estimated headcount to match one of the three team options: Small Teams for 5–9 people, Growing Teams for 10–19, and Large Teams for 20–40. If your final number shifts slightly, we’ll adjust your invoice based on the confirmed headcount before or after the session, depending on your package.

All sessions include a $100 Studio Travel & Setup Fee that covers on-location travel and professional equipment setup — we bring a full studio directly to your office so your team doesn't have to go anywhere. This fee is collected when you schedule your date to hold your spot on the calendar.

Your session total is calculated as follows:

$100 Studio Travel & Setup Fee + (per-person rate × confirmed headcount)

Per-person rates by team size:

• Small Teams (5–9 people): $70/person — e.g. 5 people = $450 total
• Growing Teams (10–19 people): $60/person — e.g. 10 people = $700 total
• Large Teams (20–40 people): $50/person — e.g. 20 people = $1,100 total

Once your headcount is confirmed, we'll send a final invoice for the full session total. Payment must be made in full before your session date to keep your booking on the calendar.

We know team numbers can shift, so we use your best estimate to choose the right package, then confirm your final headcount before the session. If your confirmed number moves you into a different pricing tier or changes the total, we’ll update your invoice accordingly. Any adjustments are made before your session date, and the final invoice must be paid in full before we arrive on-site to photograph your team.
