HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD WE PLAN FOR HEADSHOTS AT OUR EVENT?
Plan for approximately 5–7 minutes per attendee, plus setup and breakdown time. For most events we recommend budgeting a minimum of 30 minutes for setup before your first attendee steps in. A half-day session comfortably covers 30–50 people; a full day can accommodate significantly more depending on your schedule and flow.
WHAT DOES THE ON-SITE SETUP LOOK LIKE?
We bring a full studio-quality setup directly to your venue — professional strobe lighting, a large softbox, and a clean backdrop system. All we need is a reasonably quiet space roughly 10×12 feet. We handle the setup and breakdown completely, so there's zero extra work for your team on event day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED WITH CONFERENCE HEADSHOT COVERAGE?
Every event includes full studio setup and breakdown at your venue, individual posing guidance for each attendee, 1 professionally retouched headshot per person, and delivery via a private online gallery so every attendee can easily download their image. Additional retouched images can be added at $35 each.
HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR EVENTS?
We cover the full Lehigh Valley area — including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, and surrounding communities. Travel within 40 miles of Pen Argyl is included in your quote. Events beyond that range may include a travel fee, which we'll outline clearly before you commit to anything.

HOW ARE PHOTOS DELIVERED TO ATTENDEES?
After the event, every attendee receives a link to a private online gallery where they can download their retouched headshot. Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days of the event. Rush delivery options are available — just mention it during your discovery call.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your event to ensure availability and enough time for pre-event planning. For larger conferences or multi-day events, earlier is always better. That said, if your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to make it work.
