In most cases, Yes! A proof gallery is delivered the same day, and final retouched images are delivered within 72 hours. Of course the number of people having their corporate headshots made can effect the turn around time, but in all cases, no more than 7 days.

Yes — We regularly photograph teams in Bethlehem, Easton, Allentown, and beyond. Travel fee(s) may apply for locations over 40 miles from Pen Argyl, but it is definitely doable.

Our Full Day Option includes group shots as part of the package. Other options/packages group shots are billed separately at $100 per setup. I’ll guide everyone for a clean and professional result that matches your brand. If booking the full day, the group shots are included.

For any group larger than 5 people, our Half-Day Session is the perfect fit. There’s a minimum charge for 10 people, which ensures you get the highest standard of efficiency, setup, and service. For 6–40 people, the Half-Day Session includes a $200 setup fee, plus $45 per person for groups up to 20, or $40 per person for groups of 21–40. Even if you have fewer than 10 attendees, our Half-Day Session is billed at the minimum rate for 10 people, as the on-site time and logistics are the same.

Yes. Each image includes standard usage rights for company websites, social media, and internal marketing. Extended commercial licensing (e.g., print ads or external campaigns) is available — just ask!
